Dr. Conlin is chief of medicine at the VA Boston Healthcare System in Massachusetts. Dr. Hobbs is director, Diabetes Care Center, Madigan Healthcare System at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. Dr. Vigersky is director, Diabetes Institute, Walter Reed Health Care System at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.
