Dr. Francis is a staff physician, Dr. Gonzales-Nolas is the program chief, Dr. Markowitz is a staff physician, and Ms. Philips is a staff nurse, all with the alcohol and drug abuse treatment program at the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital, Tampa, FL.
