Dr. Sanchez-Reilly is the program director of the hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System; an investigator with the San Antonio Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center; and an associate professor of geriatrics and palliative care and the section chief of palliative medicine in the department of medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, all in San Antonio, TX. She is also a fellow of the American Geriatrics Society.
