Dr. Larson is a pharmacy practice resident, Dr. Koo is the clinical pharmacy coordinator, and Dr. Forster is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist, all at the Fargo VA Medical and Regional Office Center, Fargo, ND. In addition, Dr. Koo is a clinical associate professor at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, Fargo, and Drs. Koo and Forster are both adjunct professors at the North Dakota State University College of Pharmacy, Fargo.
