Over the past decade, thermal capsulorrhaphy procedures have had relatively few complications.^1-3 More recently, reports of glenohumeral chondrolysis after arthroscopy and thermal shrinkage procedures have raised concerns.^4-6 In this article, we present the cases of 2 young patients who presented to our institution for evaluation of devastating glenohumeral chondrolysis after shoulder arthroscopy procedures.
