Dr. Edwards is a clinical pharmacy specialist at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (VATVHS), Nashville. Dr. Powers is the associate director for clinical programs of the Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center at the VATHS and an associate professor at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Nashville, TN.
