ABSTRACTCervical spondylotic myelopathy is the result of narrowing of the cervical spinal canal by degenerative and congenital changes. Prompt surgical treatment is key, but the diagnosis can be difficult because the signs and symptoms can vary widely and there are no pathognomonic findings.
